These terms govern use of RoofEyeView for ordering roof inspection reports, receiving deliverables, and using related account and billing features.

Service scope

RoofEyeView provides roof inspection reporting, associated media delivery, hosted payment workflows, and customer account tools. Service availability, turnaround, and deliverables may vary by order details and operating conditions.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order details, delivery contacts, branding assets, and any permissions necessary to perform requested work and deliver reports.

Payments and refunds

Orders may require payment through Stripe-hosted checkout. Any refund, cancellation, or credit decisions are handled according to operational review, payment status, and work already performed.

Use of reports

Customers may use delivered reports and media for their internal business, customer communication, and related project workflows, subject to any branding or delivery settings selected in the account.

Limitation

RoofEyeView provides reporting and media deliverables as a service workflow tool and does not guarantee any particular business outcome, claim result, or construction decision.
