We may collect contact details, company details, property addresses, branding assets, order notes, report delivery information, and payment-related records required to operate the service.

How we use information

We use submitted information to create and manage orders, process hosted payments, provide account access, deliver reports, communicate about service requests, and maintain business records.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. RoofEyeView does not store full card numbers. Payment status, receipts, and limited billing references may be stored for bookkeeping and customer support.

Data sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers necessary to operate RoofEyeView, including hosting, authentication, report delivery, and payment processing vendors.

Retention

We retain records for operational, legal, accounting, and customer-support purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.
